Monday, June 14^th

8:27 Depart from EVHS

9:48 Tee Time for Practice Round

When the round is complete go to the back side of the clubhouse for chipping practice.

Bring something to eat for lunch because we will be on the golf course.

4:00 Check in to hotel. (I will get hotel information on Monday 6/7)

6:30 Depart for Banquet

6:45 Doors open

7:00 State Banquet – No cost to players. Parents/family/friends - $25per person. Payable to Bob Boldus. Tickets must be ordered and paid for in advance. Coach will pick up all tickets at the door.

9:00 return to hotel

10:00 Lights out

Tuesday, June 15^th

We will have tee times assigned between 7:30 and 9:00 off both sides. Coach Colucci and I will work to transport you to the course at the appropriate time.

6:00 Breakfast at hotel

6:15 first car to Bunker Hills

7:15 second car to Bunker Hills

When round is complete Lunch on your own (each player will be given $15/day for meals).

2:30 return to hotel for fun time. We will plan an activity (see your captains) movie, bowling, etc…

6:00 breakfast at hotel

6:45 Depart for Bunker Hills

8:15 – 9:00 Tee Times

2:00 Awards

NOTE: District 196 will pay for the hotel for Monday and Tuesday nights and provide $15/per day/per athlete for meals in addition to the Athlete Banquet fee of $25. They will also cover the $40 for the practice round, range balls and transportation. Please send some money for additional costs. Ie. Fun time, more food, etc…
